Salford NHS Health & Social Care Centres  

Circling the Square is developing a strategy for the inclusion of public art within 4 new build NHS Health & Social Care Centres for Salford. These LIFT (Local Improvement Finance Trust) projects are to be located in Eccles, Pendleton, Swinton and Walkden. All the new centres will house GP surgeries, City Council 'One Stop Shops', libraries, health services and community space.    

Milton Keynes Arts for Health Creative Courtyards

Circling the Square is working for MK Arts for Health to design two creative courtyards for Milton Keynes General Hospital. The aim of these redesigned courtyards is to create spaces for patients and staff to relax with friends and family, take gentle physical exercise and meet in a calm environment. CTS with MK Arts for Health will work with small teams of staff, patients and volunteers to develop these new public spaces.

Mid Essex NHS Broomfield Hospital Arts Project 

Circling the Square is the arts project manager for the next three years 2006-08 of this major arts strategy at Broomfield Hospital in Chelmsford, Essex. The aim of the strategy is to contribute to the overall mission of this NHS Trust to "become a premier provider of excellent and progressive healthcare" by integrating high quality art into the internal and external design of the buildings and grounds of the new hospital site and into existing hospital spaces. Enhancing the environment of the whole hospital for the benefit of everyone who uses it (patients, visitors and staff), and creating a strong sense of identity and ownership.
